Bad customer service service center had my vehicle for 3 days and did not complete anything on it. It was supposed to have oil change tires rotated, and a leak repaired. service center had my vehicle for 3 days and did not complete anything on it. It was supposed to have oil change tires rotated, and a leak repaired. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was locked in the body shop and could not be gotten out until the next day. The service associate handling my vehicle acted like it was my problem and he was too busy to deal with me. Service manager said my vehicle would be ready to pick up the next day, when I went in to pick up the vehicle the next afternoon it was still locked in the body shop. I will never be back to this service center again horrible customer service. More
A half day job turned into a 2 day job I brought my expedition in for an oil change and brake job... technician stripped lugs and delayed work until the next day. Two services prior to this I brought my expedition in for an oil change and brake job... technician stripped lugs and delayed work until the next day. Two services prior to this one, I was told brakes were marginal. I didn’t code to have them replaced. The next service I was told the brakes were good. This service I was told the brakes needed replacing and I needed new rotors... this additional expense could have been avoided had there been reliable service techs working there. I service my vehicle there and pay the extra costs because I have confidence you will represent yourself professionally and deliver what I am paying for. Please provide excellent service in the future or I will take my business to another For dealership...... More

brakers I be i SERVICE DEPARTMENT talked toto the red hair guy in the service desk inside the ahow room to re-progran my key and they return my car with the I be i SERVICE DEPARTMENT talked toto the red hair guy in the service desk inside the ahow room to re-progran my key and they return my car with the A/C not working, I claim to the SERVICE MANAGER, and I said to him ,may be whe rhe tech reprogamed the key, he need put the car in the computer and may be touch any buttom for mistake and shut off the compressor, anything can happen, to short the story,they even not check my car again ,he no stand behind the desk, very bad service, I take my car to other place, they put the car in the computee, and effective, the guy in 5he Elder Ford , shut the A/C compressor off. Incredible, how many incopetent managers we got in this city. Wow. and please do not reply and I unsubscribe to receive any more , others promotion or anything from all you and the company of Elder Ford. Have a nice day More

The last time I notified ford and the had the customer service manager Migal resolve the problem.He is now gone. Elder goes through service mangers continuously.The ones they hire are clueless on the operation.They gave a free 15$ additive to help for waiting 2 hrs. not good enough. You think with the amount we are charge for extended warranty and your fees customer service be tops. More

I wish the hourly price for the work performed wasn’t so expensive. I went in for an oil change but need the oil filter and air filter changed as well. My bill went from $110 to $370 and some change. I do appreciate the service rep informing me about the transmission warranty offered (being that my power Tran warranty will be up in 6k miles). I plan to purchase this tranny warranty before my 100k is reached. I wouldn’t have otherwise known this was even available. More
