They need to get it together I made an appointment online, found out they did not have any record of it. 6 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation, then I find out after I dr I made an appointment online, found out they did not have any record of it. 6 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation, then I find out after I drive away that my oil life was not reset on my vehicle’s computer, and the sticker from the previous oil change at another dealership, still on the window. So did the oil change even take place? More
