My personal experience as having purchased/leased 4 Audis within the last 5 years, this is the only time where I felt everything was pushed on the sales. After signing my lease papers which has to be redone within the last 5 years, this is the only time where I felt everything was pushed on the sales. After signing my lease papers which has to be redone after 2 1/2 weeks, at delivery I was just handed the keys and manual and set me off to get the car myself in the lot. No one even bothered to show me the features of the car or make sure they a perfectly working. Even as simple as setting up the wifi in The car, I resorted to call Audi USA to set it up for me. I called the dealership to speak with the Sales Manager that I spoke to initially to ask about the lease contract, as I did not receive it, and othere services in the car. However those calls were not returned and the only reason they called me after 2 weeks was because the lease contract needed to be signed again. No follow up or making sure I was satisfied with the car and everything is working properly. I actually had a much better experience at a Honda dealer as I purchased a Honda Civic the week I got the RS3. I like Audi and will likely lease more but definitely will not be from this dealership More
