John was fantastic and provided excellent service and support. Would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an Audi. Only complaint is I had to wait around 2 hours just to sign paperwork after we a support. Would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an Audi. Only complaint is I had to wait around 2 hours just to sign paperwork after we agreed to everything. That part of the process took all of 20 minutes. Shouldn’t have anyone wait around that long. More

I would never buy another Audi from EG Audi based on my own buying experience in April of 2023. It was the worst...a nightmare! The only reason I continue to have any contact with the dealership is the in own buying experience in April of 2023. It was the worst...a nightmare! The only reason I continue to have any contact with the dealership is the incredible Service Department. Every person I have had contact with has been extremely courteous and helpful.
