When I was onsite they took hours to finish the deal and they couldn’t even do that. I had to write a check I and leave. Then when I wanted to ask questions about how they calculated costs on the paperwork they couldn’t even do that. I had to write a check I and leave. Then when I wanted to ask questions about how they calculated costs on the paperwork the finance manager spent 20 minutes on the phone, repeatedly raising his voice and telling me “it doesn’t matter.” Lastly after I finally got the car, I asked about a dozen times, across 3 different people, how I could get a plastic cover for part of the seatbelt bracket (which was listed as a repaired item) they kept telling me they would get back to me but my request has been repeatedly ignored. I like the car but frankly it was the worst dealership experience I’ve had in my entire life. More
