Audi does not stand behind their vehicles, even when they are within the covered mileage range. My engine failed at just 53,000 miles, which is a widely known issue discussed across numerous Audi forums. Alt are within the covered mileage range. My engine failed at just 53,000 miles, which is a widely known issue discussed across numerous Audi forums. Although Audi acknowledged the problem by extending the warranty, they still found a way to deny coverage in my case. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this company in the future. More

My service advisor was Trey and he was excellent! He took time to answer all of my questions and even looked up my vehicle and informed me my service was covered under an extended warranty I didn’t k He took time to answer all of my questions and even looked up my vehicle and informed me my service was covered under an extended warranty I didn’t know about. The work was done quickly and I was kept informed about the status of my vehicle without me even having to call in and ask. The technician also sent me a video summarizing all the work that was done which was above and beyond. The car was even washed and detailed before I picked it up. 10/10 experience. More
