It's been 2 months and they haven't paid off my trade in. No answer, no call back when I reach out to finance. When I got a hold of someone in sales they wouldn't help me, told me to just keep calling financ No answer, no call back when I reach out to finance. Your certified used car manager is a joke. He knew the blazer we bought had an old battery and it’s was 3 yrs old. He wouldn’t replace it and the driver side rear break was grinding. My daughter has 3 lil boys it pisses me off know the that car needed a few things but didn’t bother to replace them. I was going to buy a new traverse from this car lot but I not go sure now cus I see how your team works. I dealt with ford and your company is no different. My daughter put down a lot of money and to have things not working right and having to replace a battery and breaks. More
