From the very start Rich Barbour made our buying experience easy and enjoyable. I registered with TruCar and was then contacted by Rich via e-mail. From the very start there was no pressure at all. We exchanged a few e-mails and then talked over the phone. My wife and met Rich and he showed us the trucks he had in stock, still no pressure. We took a test drive and selected the truck we liked best and Rich did the rest. He showed us the numbers of a couple trucks and we went from there. The whole process was pressure free and enjoyable. I will recommend Maita and Rich to my friends and family for sure. Thanks Rich. More

Saved money and they had the car I wanted on the lot Rich Barbour is fantastic!! I had been looking at Chevrolet for a few days and then decided what I wanted. Was at another dealership on Wed and was Rich Barbour is fantastic!! I had been looking at Chevrolet for a few days and then decided what I wanted. Was at another dealership on Wed and was waiting for them to find the car I wanted. I decided to do my own research and found a car at MAITA. I received an email once I clicked on what I was looking for and was thoroughly pleased at the immediate response I received. Rich was wonderful and took photos of the car and sent them to me so I knew the car was there on the lot. My 80 year old mother and I went to the dealership and drove home in our beautiful blue car. I highly recommend MAITA and Rich Barbour. We had a very nice experience with Daniel Navroth (Finance Manager) who explained our options about extended warranty and security system. I liked the "no pressure" approach. Thanks! More

I wanted to buy my Tahoe without a high pressure sales pitch. We were referred through the truecar website and USAA. This is the first dealer that responded to my email and had the vehicle on the car lot. We had a two hour drive and wanted to make one trip only. Rich Barbour contacted me immediately and sent me information on the available vehicles. Highly recommend your dealership and of course Rich to our friends and family. Fantastic experience!!! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I went to this dealership based on a recommendation. I was wanting a Camaro. Kevin was the salesman that helped me. He made me feel like I was shoppin I went to this dealership based on a recommendation. I was wanting a Camaro. Kevin was the salesman that helped me. He made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. No pressure, answered every question I could think of. Pulled cars up side by side so I could compare them. Drove in a circle so I could see what they looked like driving. He seemed as excited as I was on the test drives. The Finance department was just as great. Mike kept working on deals until he found the right one for me. When I went to do the paperwork(Usually the worst part!) it was so quick and smooth and no pressure there either. The finance manager, Tom was really nice and relaxed and made everything easy. The whole experience was very relaxed and fun and transparent. I didn't ever feel any pressure or like they were trying to just sell a car. I have purchased many vehicles and this experience was by far the very best. I left with a beautiful black on black SS Convertible. If you are buying a car and especially if your a female buying a car on your own I think you will feel really good about buying a car here. More
