Though I was excited to get the Jeep Patriot, I am disappointed that dealership didn't live up to their promises. When I made the deal, I had already made my payment in advanced. My salesperson and his manager promised they would make an overpayment to insure I got that payment back. I was also told I wouldn't make my first payment would be until October. Both promises were not kept. I got my refund check. It is only 16.00. I also have make my first payments in September. I agreed to the treatment for the jeep even though I didn't want it. I had to call for the appointment. The service person, Kevin was a man of few words. He treated me as if I was a fly on a wall. He made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was bothering him. He verbally promised my car to be ready at 4:30, but wrote down 6 pm. He stated he would call to let me know when I could pick up the car. He didn't do that. When I called, he told me the car would not be ready until the next day (being a man of few words, Kevin cannot call tell me this). I asked about the rental and if he could extend the voucher. He grunted yes, but because he is a man of few words, he failed to do this. When my car was ready, he did not walk me through. I found what I thought was a scratch. I had to wait 45 minutes to get someone beside Kevin to take care of me (oh I should mention I couldn't find my car. I had to figure out which one was mine) I was so tired that I didn't realize they scratched the plexiglass on the console and radio. They also took out and lost garage door opener. I asked them to find it with no luck. I received a call from the contract guy to come back to sign paperwork. He is the one that needs to help with the refund check. What saddened me they seem like nice people. I had given a higher rating earlier. I regret this. I will be going elsewhere to buy and to install parts I want for the Jeep. I also will tossing the business cards I got and finding new license plates holders so no one feels I am recommending them or implying they should go there. More

The manager was nice but when I told him he had exceeded the amount of $$$ I had, instead of a give and take kind of thing, where he lowered the price and I got a little less in extras, he simply took off amenities that I had wanted and said I could pay for them seperately in the finance dept. and in one case completely discouraged getting the package. I like the car, it is just what I wanted but the price was sooooo exurbanite. In my opinion the dealerships and manufactures need to work together to bring down the prices of the cars, but I know that will never happen. I had my last car for 13 years, due to the cost and what I expect the prices to go to in 13 years it will be another 13 years before I buy a new car. But at least I have a car that will last me 13 years! More

He addressed my personal concerns and issues with financing. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted and asked if they could get me something to drink while waiting for Mr. Ramos. The least pleasant experience was waiting for the contract to be printed for the final. Four hours total to purchase a car that I already knew what I wanted from color to options. What I saw was you had a terrific turnout of people wanting to purchase cars (some walked out) but no one to write up the contracts. The upside was Mr. Ramos felt my frustration the day was getting long and I was tired (I drove four hours to get there) so he bought lunch/dinner for my friend and I. He was eager to please us and make the sale. He did his part but he needed the support of his team. People, have more financial people on hand when you have a big sale weekend. You are leaving money on the table! Thanks to Mr. Ramos I walked away a happy customer! (This is my fifth Jeep) while I now reside on the central coast, I would definitely recommend that my friends and associates buy a car from Frankie Ramos. Thank you Frankie! More
