Terrible service center/financing department Want to write a book of bad experiences within the first 30 days of my purchase. Bought a new Ram 2500 diesel and had the PCM go out in less than 30 d Want to write a book of bad experiences within the first 30 days of my purchase. Bought a new Ram 2500 diesel and had the PCM go out in less than 30 days, 1500 miles. I had to contact the service department the next day after having them tow it in and they asked me if I checked the batteries!!! 4 business days later, they called and said my truck was ready. 5 hours later I went to pick it up and waited an hour for them to pull it up front. The truck hadn't been washed (I refused to wait any longer) Financing department changed my interest rate down a point to get me to sign up for the extended warranty then, when I declined, took it back up a point. Just another way of making more money off me I guess. Vincent Bennett was helpful on the sale, Susan Payne was very helpful trying to get my truck to me so I could get back on the road. I emailed Vince Bloom and he never responded. Overall, very disappointed, maybe should have bought a different make of diesel truck More
