I purchased a vehicle from Rich who was a very nice guy, but not very knowledgable about the vehicle and how to negotiate the sales price. He told me the car that i purchased as a v6, and i later found that but not very knowledgable about the vehicle and how to negotiate the sales price. Not only that, he did not help me adjust the basic settings on the car, and the Sirius XM is BROKE!! the voice commands are also BROKE!! and Siruis suggested i take the car back to the dealer for repairs!! BRAND NEW 2013 Charger!! Gordon, who i thought at the time was the finance manager, but i just seen on this website that he is not, was very rude. John Benton appeared to be a nice guy, but i later found out that he basically tells you what you want to hear without verifying the information. Once he actually checks with the manager, in which it took 3 days for him to get back to me, and not to mention i had to call several times to follow up to get an answer only to find out ALL OF the information he gave me was incorrect! VERY unprofessional! I will never buy from this dealer! this mistake has cost me $7k! buyers beware! More
