My sales person, Gino Gonzales was patient and extremely personable. He was the kind of guy that you would want to have over for dinner. He was nicely dressed, groomed and presented himself professionally. Matt Spohr was great to work with as well. Although he was busy on this Saturday, he took the time to explain every detail of the purchase with me. My finance person, Suzy, was also extremely personable, even after I declined an extended warranty and Gap. Although not present during the purchase, I learned enough about the general manager, Vince, to want to meet him and shake his hand. He is spoken of as someone who supports our troops and veterans and does everything he can to take care of them. (you) No, I told you this was the amount I was going to put down" (salesman) "I need to talk to my manager to see if they will approve this" They do it to watch you squirm. James made my daughter's experience so comfortable, that I thought I would buy a car now instead of waiting a few months down the road. When James finished with my daughter, I pulled him to the side so we could talk. he ran my credit and when he returned, he told us what he could do.
