I checked out Elk Grove dodge as a refferal from a friend that knows Massad. I had a 2008 Suzuki Forenza that was purchased used from carmax and was just to small. Jeremy emailed me and called me within 30 min of sending the online finance request. I told him up front my situation and what I was looking for. Instead of turning me away, he went to work. Although I was unable to get the charger, I was able to drive off the lot with a 2013 Dodge Avenger and am happy with it. It has way more room than my previous car, but still has the great gas mileage. I could not have asked for anything more with all the hard work these guys did. I went in as a first time buyer. I knew what I wanted for the most part but was open to pretty much anything. Richard from the get go was increadibly friendly and easy to get along with. We walked around for a bit and browsed and as soon as I found the truck I wanted Rich did everything he could to make sure I got out with what I wanted at a reasonable price. I walked out with a 2500HD duramax turbo diesel with 83k on the motor for 17k with tax and liscense. Interior and exterior in excelent condition, it looks brand new.
