The only "downside" was the purchasing process, it took about 2 & 1/2 hours to complete. Granted, this was over the weekend when many financing company's/banks are not in, it just shouldn't take that long to close a deal in 2015, especially when putting nearly 40% down. If you need to finance, we recommend getting per-approved. Other than that, we're very happy with our purchase. More
