Our experience with Elk Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep and David Mitchell, our salesman was great. We'd been looking at the Jeep Wrangler 4x4's for some time and knew it was what we wanted. There aren't man David Mitchell, our salesman was great. We'd been looking at the Jeep Wrangler 4x4's for some time and knew it was what we wanted. There aren't many choices in our area to buy either new or used. We researched a couple of places and headed to the Sacramento area on 1/19/13. The first dealership that we went to was o.k. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, however we were surprised that there were only a few new/used Jeeps available. We did test drive there, but the amount of Jeep for the price just didn't seem right. They were not able to help us get just what we wanted. We was surprised to find the Elk Grove dealership much larger than expected, but finally found the Jeeps, there were so many! We were immediately approached by David, barely parked and out of the car! By this time we knew what we wanted and were quickly shown around. David was patient and I felt no pressure what so ever. There were several discounts available and David was on his phone pulling up each Jeep and calculating the discount, our stated down payment and telling us an approx. monthly payment. This really helped us decide what our price range was and we were able to narrow down to a couple Jeeps that we liked. We test drove once more and made our decision. Nervously we approached the main building to go through the financing process. I hadn't bought new since 2004. Surprisingly the process was very quick and painless. The other staff were friendly and several paused at our table to ask if we needed anything while we waited. When we left our house that morning I didn't actually expect to bring home our new Jeep that day. We are extremely happy with our purchase. We've already been off road, just a little bit of snow to break it in. More
