Amazing deal - Very long purchase process We found an amazing deal on a Jeep Patriot. The sales manager was very friendly. The only "downside" was the purchasing process, it took about 2 & 1 We found an amazing deal on a Jeep Patriot. The sales manager was very friendly. The only "downside" was the purchasing process, it took about 2 & 1/2 hours to complete. Granted, this was over the weekend when many financing company's/banks are not in, it just shouldn't take that long to close a deal in 2015, especially when putting nearly 40% down. If you need to finance, we recommend getting per-approved. Other than that, we're very happy with our purchase. More

Bad experience ,won't buy here again First off I tried to keep my money local,and it was a big mistake.i brought a 2015 Jeep Wangler Sport two weeks ago,and it was a mistake.I got the jee First off I tried to keep my money local,and it was a big mistake.i brought a 2015 Jeep Wangler Sport two weeks ago,and it was a mistake.I got the jeep for my wife for Christmas as a surprise on Christmas Day,rented a place to store it,it was parked outside for a day during our rain storm,and I guess the roof top leaked some kinda way?water saturated the dash and leaked on to the floor board,I call up there and guess what?they said it need warranty work,for them to look at it,less than 100 miles on the jeep,lol,the whole sales team did care and actually was defensive .The sales women was good ,but the sales manger "Shack",was rude and not sentisve no my issues,called Vince,left message,no call back,let's just say I have a good job,and young enought to buy a lot more cars in my life,but never from this sales team or dealers ship,it was my mistake,I should have just got my wife a new M/K purse,it would have been a lot less trouble....
