It was clear that he felt, as did we, that this was going to be our car and we should get exactly what we want. If they didn't have it, he would have found one for us. The price we worked out was a very good deal for a fine vehicle. The sales manager, Shak Zazai, provided the same type of no pressure, pleasant experience and got us out of there and into our new car very rapidly. I am five months pregnant and my husband and I were shopping for a family car. I was afraid we were going to get harrassed and pressured into committing into something we did not necessarly want to commit at the moment. As it turns out, it was the opposite of that. Rich really made me feel comfortable. I felt as if I could take my time to make an important decision. He did not fit the stereotypical salesperson that we see on TV. He was down to earth, realisic, and sincere. He made us feel like we werent just potential customers, but extended family members. We ended up purchasing the 2012 Jeep Compass we had our eyes on. I believe that if we would have gone somewhere else or even dealt with someone else, we would not have purchased it. I am very satisfied with our new car and even more satisfied with the way we were treated at the dealersho. I would reccomend Rich to all my friends and family. More

My first correspondence with the dealership was through the internet. I had first inquired about the Dodge Dart earlier in the year but at that time Jeremy advised me the dealership had not received any sh the internet. The first new car I ever bought was a Dart in the 60's, so I was curious to see the new version. He continued to correspond with me by e-mail and once they received a shipment sent me several advertisements over the next few months. I had been test driving a variety of other brands and finally last week was able to get to the dealership to drive the Dart. The day I came in Jeremy was not in but I mentioned to the salesman (Rich) that I had been corresponding with Jeremy. He sent Jeremy a text to let him know I had come in and he had taken me on a test drive. Rich was a fun guy. The following morning Jeremy sent me a follow-up e-mail to see how my visit went. I then made an appointment with Jeremy to come in and meet him so I could get a quote on my trade-in and a quote on the new car. I checked the online inventory before I went in to see what was in stock. When I got to the dealership and finally met with Jeremy, I found him to be very personable, not high pressure at all, but extremely informative and helpful. He helped me find a model with the features and color I wanted, we took it for a test drive and then started our negotiations. He was very pleasant to deal with and did his utmost to help me get the car at a price I was comfortable with. The whole experience was pleasant and I found everyone at the dealership to be friendly and helpful. More

I received a Capitol One pre-approved letter in the mail asking me to stop by the dealership's sales event to select a car and go from there, I was skeptical to say the least. I held on to the letter for a couple of weeks, all the while I was communicating with David Mitchell. I decided to try my luck with other dealerships in the area, I went to CarMax, Niello, Paul Blanco, Richards Chevrolet, and a few others, they couldn't get me financed with little or no money down. So I decided to call David Mitchell, he was adamant but honest with me. He listened to what I had to say, and I listened to what my options were based on my down payment and credit. He assured me that he would do everything he can to get me into a car, to be honest with you, I doubted him. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for in a car, amenities and the like, we test drove a few and went from there. To my surprise, two hours later I was driving home in a car. David Mitchell and his Sales Manager Shak Zazai were complete professionals. David was driven and determined to get me into a car, and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend David, Shak and the dealership to anyone/anybody that is looking for a car now or in the near future. The entire staff was friendly, outgoing, and professional. Twelve days later, I took the car back to the dealership to get it detailed, and I still received the same professionalism from all of them as I did on day one. Needless to say, I'll be buying my second car from them in the future. Now, I'm able to travel and visit my family and friends, goodbye public transportation. Thank you guys, Jay More
