Richard Brown was one of the nicest and easiest guys to work with. Sometimes buying a car can be a tense situation, but Rich made it the complete opposite. He was honest, helpful & genuine. The next day when we went to the dealership we arrived about 6:30pm and were already on our way home by 8:30pm with the exact car we wanted and car payment- couldn't have asked for a more eaiser and speedy transaction. It can also be a giant hassle. Elk Grove Dodge has a great crew that knows how to work with you and with each other to get you a deal and get you driving away in your new vehicle as fast as possible. Jeremy Remillard was a well versed in all parts of the deal and he was able to take care of me from start to finish. No run around and no -let me get the manager-. The only time I saw the manager was to congratulate me on my new truck and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the experience. I've been looking for a replacement truck for a couple of years. I've had two Fords but decided to look at all makes to get the most I could for the money. Dodge was the only manufacturer with actual prices listed. I didn't have to send in information then have someone call me when I just wanted to know what range of prices trucks were selling for. I contacted Jeremy on line and he answered. After sending him some information about what I wanted and some of the challenges involved I made an appointment. After talking to Jeremy about what I was looking for, he asked me what I would really like, if possible. Jeremy and the finance people worked out a way for me to get much more truck than I believed I could get, a 3500 Ram Crew Cab with dual rear wheels, diesel and 4 wheel drive, much better than my old truck. The new truck is wonderful, will pull the horse trailer much easier than the Ford and it has the whole tow package, trailer brake controller and all. Jeremy and everyone at Elk Grove Dodge are very easy to work with and I got an unbelievable price and great help with financing from Suzanne.
