We had a great experience at Elk Grove Dodge. Jay was very aggressive in making sure we got the best possible deal. Very happy with our purchase. very aggressive in making sure we got the best possible deal. Very happy with our purchase. More
My wife and I were very pleased with the time, patience and service that Jeremy Remillard displayed during our visit last Saturday. It's been several years since we purchased a new vehicle and we felt ver and service that Jeremy Remillard displayed during our visit last Saturday. It's been several years since we purchased a new vehicle and we felt very comfortable with the time he spent answering our questions. We had a paperwork mix-up that was discovered after leaving with our new pickup and appreciated the timely manner in which it was resolved. I had been promised some free gas for returning to the dealership to resolve the paperwork; however my wife was still at work so Lasher set a messenger to our home later that evening for her signature. Does this cancel out Massad's gas offer? Hey, in today's market, a free gas offer is a free gas offer....I shoulda looked up Massad after the shop installed our bumpers that for whatever reason couldn't be installed when we were there on Saturday Thia became the extra trip........Since we purchased the California Package, the service dept. should have put our locking lug nuts onto the new wheels? The security lug nuts are in the glove department. Just a small item, but an important service and security item and will require an extra trip back to the dealership.......more time and gas..... Had done my research, found the car and decided the price I was willing to pay. That’s the easy part. Next you have to deal with a “car salesman”, which can be a very negative experience. I am pleased to say I was willing to pay. That’s the easy part. Next you have to deal with a “car salesman”, which can be a very negative experience. I am pleased to say that although Richard Brown may be in the business of selling cars, he is not a “car salesman” in the worst sense of the word. Rich listened, explained, researched if he didn’t know the information and was generally very helpful, professional and most of all not annoying. Buying a car seems to always be a very long time consuming process. Not sure why, just has been that way for all my purchases. At least dealing with a personable individual that you don’t mind spending the time with, is a plus. I must add that when I first stopped in the day before, Ira helped me; and when I came back the next day (to Ira’s credit) he was with another customer and set me up with Rich. It was Rich’s to lose, and we both won. More
I found the Elk Grove Dealership very easy, fast, efficient, with great customer service. They not only were able to provide the vehicle I needed but additional provided me a better price then the ot efficient, with great customer service. These 3 guys have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Jay first fed me a line of crap, then spoke with travis who seemed to be pretty decent until he just nevr gave a straight answer and have ever seen. Jay first fed me a line of crap, then spoke with travis who seemed to be pretty decent until he just nevr gave a straight answer and then Gordon who is just impossible to get a hold of and seems like he could give a rats A$$ about anyone that isnt buying a $60,000 car. No phone calls back, no information, and straight BS coming from their mouth. I ended up geting a 2012 Jeep rom Jeep Chrysler across the street from Haggin Oaks Golf course for a way better deal, and Ed was amazing. No BS, and straight to the point. I will never ever go back to this dealership, and will advise anyone to go the other dealership. They know what customer appreciation is all about and will make sure to give you one hell of a deal!!!! More
At age 53, this was the first trade-in I've ever made. Previously, this was handled by my father and ex-spouse who liked to take charge. Selling my 2007 Jeep Liberty would have been the best thing to do b Previously, this was handled by my father and ex-spouse who liked to take charge. Selling my 2007 Jeep Liberty would have been the best thing to do but I owed money on it and felt it might be hard to find someone able to take over payments. My Liberty was in mint condition, with VERY low mileage and I had leased it in 2007, giving my son my nice '92 Blazer. Leasing is only OK if you have zero/little money and no trade; will not lease again, ever! I went in later in the evening due to the heat and mostly to look, ended up buying a VERY nice 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I didn't need the top line of anything, never had the top before, I just liked the safety/height of the Jeep and rollbar features and of course, the way it looked. I do wish I had looked at the new Jeeps before jumping into the one I bought as much as I love it. At my age I know better and will remember to take more time to look if there's a next time. I also should have come back the NEXT day to start/finish business as I was getting tired and not feeling so well and the staff were definitely ready to go home I'm sure, however nice and professional they were - and they were both. There was a misunderstanding that happened during the paperwork session, on the dealership's part and on mine. Since I had not traded in a vehicle before, I didn't know how equity works and the misunderstanding occurred as staff didn't clarify this to me since they figured I knew, well, I did not and I was given a specific figure. I think a valuable lesson was learned all around, I know I learned from it. I want to say that Steve, Matt, and Charlie are very nice folks and that Charlie worked very hard to get me the best interest rate and that is very much appreciated. The snafu that occurred was explained to sales manager, Massad Saeed, over the next few days and he listened patiently as I told him what was and was not said nor explained to me. He's a very nice, likeable, fair man and he made the situation right as it was to have been to my understanding, so thank you Massad for being a very fair manager and correcting the situation. I did ask Massad to ask staff to explain in more detail about equity when you trade in a vehicle since someone such as myself had no experience or knowledge about what happens and most dealerships figure people do. If you have any questions or are unclear, ASK, and then ASK for it in writing if necessary, ask to see the math and make sure you understand it. Ira Carter later showed me the basic functions on the Jeep which I really needed to know, thanks! Thanks to Matt for being a really nice, non-pressure sales guy...you're all really nice people and got together the needed items for my used Jeep. I do wish the CD had come with the Jeep or that manufacturers included paper manuals; crazy that they don't and it should be a LAW that the manual is included for obvious reasons. More
Came in looking for a used diesel truck and left with a new 2012 2500 Ram. Travis and Gordon worked very hard with me to find the right vehicle at the right price. Even though I left spending much more tha new 2012 2500 Ram. Travis and Gordon worked very hard with me to find the right vehicle at the right price. Even though I left spending much more than I originally intended, I now have a new vehicle without the worries of what the previous owner may have done. Overall I am pleased with the experience of buying a new car, which can be a daunting ordeal. More
We went to Elk Grove Dodge to see a specific car. We met with Jeremy and he told us everything we needed to know about the Chrysler 300 we were looking at. Although it was more expensive than we had hoped, with Jeremy and he told us everything we needed to know about the Chrysler 300 we were looking at. Although it was more expensive than we had hoped, him and Gordon were able to get us a great deal. They went above and beyond what was expected and we were able to drive the car home that night. We feel we got a great deal and are extremely happy. Thank you so much Jeremy and Gordon. Staci Woltkamp p.s. Ask Jeremy to see his album....his son is adorable!!!! More
