Everyone there was more than friendly and helpful making sure i was taken care of. Had to come back the next day, another 150 mile to pick up vehicle after alarm installed and detailed, well worth the drive. My only regret is dealership is not close enough to have my service done there after my sales experience. I would highly recommend this dealership not only for price, but how friendly, helpful and pleasant their entire staff was to me and my son the next day picking up the vehicle. I emailed in regards to 7 Jeep wrangler unlimiteds on special on a thursday afternoon. David Mitchell called me back, we spoke for good 20 minutes. He was going to be off the next 3 days, but could meet special on a thursday afternoon. David Mitchell called me back, we spoke for good 20 minutes. He assured me that we would make something work if all 7 sold. We set a time for monday. Met on Monday early evening. He took me around to the ones with the dealer discount. It really wasnt a ploy to just get me into the dealership. WOW. None of this 1 at this price ads. Test drove a few Jeeps. Worked on my trade in. Which I ended up with a better deal through Carmax. (I pre-appraised it there a few days earlier). I decided not to do any dealing until I sold my truck. Sold it to Carmax that night and back to see David on Tuesday. Test drove a few more Jeeps. Had a heck of a time picking my color. Finally did. David was very patient. I dealt with David from the beginning phone call on thursday till he took me into see Charlie in Financing. No Sales manager trade off. I never even met one. Just David and Charlie. Even Financial wasnt a hard sell. The typical do you want this "add on" simple NO and they just moved on. After Charlie, David went over all of the features on the Jeep. had it washed up and 30.00 in gas. Not even a full tank, come on guys. This was my 2nd best car buying experience Ive had ( out of about 15ish experience). When I thought about it. My 2001 Jeep Grande Cherokee was my other, bought in San Jose. I checked out Elk Grove dodge as a refferal from a friend that knows Massad. I had a 2008 Suzuki Forenza that was purchased used from carmax and was just to small. I went online to look at sales Elk Grove dodge had for chargers, with the hope of possibly getting rid of the car I had. I went to numerous dealerships and was constantly turned away. Jeremy emailed me and called me within 30 min of sending the online finance request. I told him up front my situation and what I was looking for. Instead of turning me away, he went to work. Although I was unable to get the charger, I was able to drive off the lot with a 2013 Dodge Avenger and am happy with it. It has way more room than my previous car, but still has the great gas mileage. I could not have asked for anything more with all the hard work these guys did. With only having the car 1 day, people have asked where I went. I tell them and they start getting that little voice telling them to check it out. Thanks guys for the help. More
