I had been searching for a Dodge Challenger for several months, visiting various dealers. In all this time, I could not find "the car" nor could I find a salesman that made me feel absolutely comfortable e months, visiting various dealers. In all this time, I could not find "the car" nor could I find a salesman that made me feel absolutely comfortable enough to try and locate a car elsewhere. Finally, I found Elk Grove Dodge. Here they had the absolute best selection of colors, options, and trim packages for the Dodge Challenger. I picked a very unique color, so over the course of a week, I would go back to visit "the car" to sit in it, look at it, take photos of it as this was a vehicle I was purchasing for the long haul. Victor Macias was not what I would consider a "typical" car salesman. He was friendly, helpful, and respectful. He never pressured me and would allow me to spend as much time with the car as I liked...without incessently feeling the need to sit on my shoulder and talk the salesman talk. Towards the end of the week, I finally agreed to bring down my trade without any promises of a deal. I showed up and was shocked to see that "the car" was not there. I nearly broke down in tears...but Victor came up to me and told me that he sent the car back to detail to get it all cleaned up for my...get this...first test drive. I'm sure he knew I was already hooked, but made no boastful comments to indicate as such. Working the deal, he was wonderful. He understood we had done our research and was aware of what we desired and was our "partner" in working the deal.
