Great experience with Alex C. he helped me select the right new Ram pickup, he was very patient with me, he knows his pickups for sure, also during the paper work I had him give me 4 different scenarios right new Ram pickup, he was very patient with me, he knows his pickups for sure, also during the paper work I had him give me 4 different scenarios of payments on two of the pickups with different prices, he patiently explained each one so I could make my own choice of what I wanted to do, no high pressure what so ever, just helpful hints, I would recommend Alex any time for the layman buyer. This dealership is friendly, but they are a typical average dealership. They are very focused on profit and have large dealer markups. I had interactions with multiple team members and found them to average dealership. They are very focused on profit and have large dealer markups. I had interactions with multiple team members and found them to act like they were doing me a favor to sell me a car. I think with COVID, chip shortages, car shortages, people are stressed and let it show. It was hard to ever get a call back on the phone. I did get some e-mails along the way, which was good. Communication is key and treating a customer with respect is critical for new sales and future repeat business. More

Coach was our sales rep. We had hoped to buy a newer low mileage vehicle for what we wanted to pay. Coach came back with a brand new (4 miles on the odometer) vehicle that he had managed to wrangle the pric mileage vehicle for what we wanted to pay. Worst dealership I have ever tried to work with. I went up there and customer service was so bad I left. Sales guy never got the keys for the vehicle or offered a test drive. He just answered his phone an up there and customer service was so bad I left. Sales guy never got the keys for the vehicle or offered a test drive. He just answered his phone and must have been worried about another sale. They had the truck I want so I gave them another shot. They took a deposit on a truck that i was going to buy and the sales guy told me its held just come Saturday and do the paperwork. Friday night i get a text (yes a text not a call a text) o sorry truck sold someone else came in and did paperwork. What was the point of a deposit. Iv tried to have a sales manager call me for over a week and nothing. iv.left several messages and nothing. I asked the sales guy is there anything you guys can do because this is poor customer service and I never got a response to the question. I highly highly recommend going to a different dealership. More
