The next 40 minutes we twice requested why we were waiting. The manager assured us the paperwork was being prepared. So we sat and waited. I was pretty sure nothing was being done. Finally I gave the manager 5 minutes, or I was out the door without the Jeep. About four minutes later we were introduced to Keith as he was handed to forms to fill out. I just hate being lied to when it's so unnecessary. More

9 hours, wrong vehicle It took me over 9 hours to buy a truck, they started doing paperwork on the WRONG truck and fortunately i caught their mistake, then they lied and sai It took me over 9 hours to buy a truck, they started doing paperwork on the WRONG truck and fortunately i caught their mistake, then they lied and said that my bedliner/alarm would be installed in 3 hours on a weekend, but instead when i called to schedule (it took 4 phone calls and 45 minutes on the phone), it took 8 hours and had to be done on a weekday, no weekend appointments. So you have to miss work. Straight up slick tongued snake car dealership just like everyone is afraid to go to because you are told whatever you need to hear to get the sale. I got taken advantage of here, dont make the same mistake. More
