Great salesperson, be wary of the Chrysler cars reliability We purchased our brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, upper Limited trim from the Elk Grove dealership end of June 2016. The salesperson we dealt with a We purchased our brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, upper Limited trim from the Elk Grove dealership end of June 2016. The salesperson we dealt with at the dealership (Kyle Brown) was great, and he was able to work the numbers for us in a very effective and fair way. His professionalism and enthusiasm are great assets to the dealership. We would not be surprised to see Kyle going places. Having stated that, the brand new Pacifica we bought, at the Limited upper trim minivan version nonetheless, with all the bells and whistles, has a defective sliding door (power not working). Trying to fix the sliding door through other local Chrysler dealerships (although it's covered by warranty) in Northern California has been an experience to say it extremely nicely. It's been 3+ weeks and counting, with no fix completed. Overall we love the minivan, and are giving Chrysler a chance of coming back to the market with the completely redesigned minivan, but the whole reliability of the Chrysler brand and the quality of the service departments at various Chrysler dealerships, are definitely something to definitely consider. poor customer service I bought a 2016 ram 3500 diesel truck. when I was getting ready to drive it off the lot I noticed that the "DEF" fluid reservoir was low. the salesm I bought a 2016 ram 3500 diesel truck. when I was getting ready to drive it off the lot I noticed that the "DEF" fluid reservoir was low. the salesman said that because it was a holiday (4th of July) the service depart was closed and they were unable to top the fluid off. he said to bring it back later and they would top the fluid off for me. DEF costs about 10.00 a gallon and I was going to need a couple of gallons so I agreed. When I came back the service department treated me like I was trying to rip them off. my sales person wasn't there and the rest of them could have cared less. they basically said that if it wasn't written down it didn't happen. I left angy and embarrassed and don't plan on returning. I know this isn't everyone's experience but be aware, if you are going to buy a car from them don't trust them. get it in writing. More

Tried calling several times throughout the day to check on the status - no one would answer the phone. Showed up after work at 5:30p to pick the car up. Nothing had been done. Waited there. All they did was fix the seat and now the car is worse off than it was before. The airbag light is on and they didn't know how to make it go away. The seat slides back and forth worse than it did before. And the MOST ANNOYING PART OF ALL is anyone who sits in my passenger seat and buckles their seatbelt gets to ride in a car that doesn't register the seatbelt and CONSTANTLY RINGS at you the entire time. More

Overall a pleasant car uying experience. Keith was pleasant to work with. He did not give me the high pressure feeling to get the ball rolling as I find that a turn off.
