All sales personnel came up to congratulate me on my purchase. The salesman drove my car a hour and a half back to my home so I could enjoy driving my new car home. They were very efficient in all the finance areas. I came in pre-approved and wanted to increase the amount of purchase and they worked with my lender to make it a easy transition. When I asked for a few items to be included in the price, they were very courteous and added them to the deal. I have since dealt with service to set up the installation of an additional alarm, window tending and clear cote and they have been extremely helpful. More

Then I get a call telling me they're rescinding the offer for GAP insurance because they can't find anyone that covers the type of truck I bought. What kind of dealership is this? They don't know what they're doing. You can't trust them. More
