From test driving to looking at my options of colors (2015 Dodge Dart) to doing the paperwork and finding the best rate for me, I couldn't be more satisfied. Keith Clifton and Gordon were great. I would recommend this dealership, especially Keith, to anyone. He's legit and honest and will treat you like family! You'll be lucky to get him, customers kept walking up to him and saying thank you, someone even brought him food ;) More

Great experience! I came into Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for an appointment with Elijah Evans. He was so friendly and welcoming! We discussed what I was looking I came into Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for an appointment with Elijah Evans. He was so friendly and welcoming! We discussed what I was looking for and I was so indecisive. So I test drove a 2015 Chrysler 200. Loved it and all its updated features. Needless to say it was a winner. Throughout the process Eli stayed and kept me company while the finance dept was drawing up the paper work. He's great at his job! I left a happy camper. I love my new car and so thankful for the entire staff who helped make it happen. I will be recommending all potential buyers to my extended family at Elk Grove Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram! Thank you all so very much!! More
Best truck buying experience!!! Got the truck I wanted. The price I wanted to pay and they even threw in a few extras. This place puts other lots to shame. No Hokey Pokey, just good honest to goodness service. I will recommend family and friends. Matt from internet sales even arranged to have my truck delivered instead of me spending money on a flight!!! Who does that? Above and beyond is the way Elk Grove does it. Keith in finance doesn't try to switch interest rates, add strange fees or make you feel like you didn't get everything promised. Thanks Keith. More

Nothing but problems I've used review sites for quite some time to find quality businesses from restaurants to mechanics, but I've never been motivated to write a review. I've used review sites for quite some time to find quality businesses from restaurants to mechanics, but I've never been motivated to write a review. The experience buying a brand new Grand Cherokee from Elk Grove Dodge has finally motivated me to do so. It started as a contact request via the internet for info on a Grand Cherokee. An internet sales person contacted via email immediately with some info, then as we found they had the car we were looking for, all I got was radio silence for 3 days. Finally I found the email address for someone responding to poor reviews on websites like this. A quick email to Emily and I promptly received attention from the sales staff. Apparently they didn't like to see $50,000 walk out the figurative door. Once contact was made, negotiations went very smoothly, and we agreed upon a price and scheduled a time for me to come pick it up as I live in the mountains ~2 hours away from the dealership. We arrive to pick up the car and our salesman Kyle was helpful and the experience was as nice as you can expect a car dealership sales experience to be. The issues started there. On the test drive, the vehicle showed a dummy light that said "service air suspension system" upon startup. We were told that's just a "bulb check" that it says on start up, but he'd have the service team look at it. Hold on to that in the back of your head. We purchase the car, drive off a few hours later, and on the way home as were driving up the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, we turn on the brights only to have most of the exterior lights go out. Long story short on that situation, the car had headlights that weren't sealed, that lead to water in the headlights, which shorted the control module that controls the lights. 35 days in the shop, we get the vehicle back. All the while spending over 10 hours on the phone (I added up all the minutes on my call log for my cell.) coordinating things with rental cars, Chrysler HQ and the service department fixing the vehicle, we finally get the car back. Admittedly not the fault of Elk Grove Dodge, but quite annoying none the less. The staff was as helpful as they could have been when it comes to dealing with that situation. Now as the car is in the shop for the lights issue, the service department (it was being serviced at Carson Dodge, not Elk Grove) stated there were 3 safety recalls and 4 software updates that were not performed on this vehicle yet. The vehicle I just bought. The vehicle that I've driven all of 110 miles, so far. Those issues get fixed while they're waiting for the part for the lights. Not exactly stellar that Elk Grove Dodge did not address those issues before I took delivery of the vehicle, when I'm constantly told they normally check all that before the hand over the vehicle. Lights get fixed, then we see the same "service air suspension system" light, that I mentioned earlier, continually coming on, while were driving now, no less. Bring the car back to Carson for service, find it's another bad module that needs to be replaced. Another week in the shop and now I finally have the car. This was an issue pointed out during the test drive and we were told it's normal and they would look into it. Guess what they didn't do? Look into it. Another week in the shop. All in all we purchased this car on Jan 26th. Today is March 16th. I’ve had the car in my possession for a total of 8 days. The rest spent in the shop. We were told that for our troubles they would send us some Jeep gear, nothing specific. That was over 3 weeks ago. What have I heard since then? Nothing. Radio silence. Bottom line, I would not buy a car here ever again. Many of the issues I've dealt with concerning this Jeep had nothing to do with Elk Grove Dodge. But not fixing recalls, not updating software prior to delivery, ignoring customer concerns, writing them off as it's normal, and not following through on promises is not how you expect to be treated when buying a new vehicle. Go elsewhere if you can. More

NEVER AGAIN!!!! After all the nagging he did and sales pitch he was throwing at us like all car salesman do, we finally came to an agreement and bought the car. After finalizing the paperwork with the financial advisor (Keith Baker), we were finally done and ready to get in our jeep and head home (mind you they were getting ready to close by this time it was late in the evening and we live about 30-40 minutes away). We come out to look for our jeep and it was nowhere to be found. The jeep needed detailing as it was sitting at their dirty lot which is filled with rocks and dirt and had it been raining a few days prior on that week, it definitely needed a detail. So the financial advisor (Keith Baker) along with a few other salesman go looking for (Neil Blaire) and he was nowhere to be found. A salesman said he jumped in his car and took off? Wow, at this point it felt as if someone just took our money and ran with it, talk about customer service? I call that BS, one of the managers (Victor Macias) came out said he had to leave due to a "family emergency" come to find out he had to meet his girlfriend at the movies or else he'd be in trouble...great. Back on the hunt for our jeep, it still hadn't been finished getting washed nor did it have gas, (Neil Blaire) was suppose to take care of the detailing and gas while we were finishing up the paperwork but decided to leave and left the work for (Adam Hamilton) to finish his job. If I had not mention anything (Adam Hamilton) had almost forgot while he was on his way out the door. Another 30-60 minutes they finally got the car "detailed" and wanted to go over the car with us and give it a "thorough" inspection but at this point it was late and no one can see at night. I'm frustrated and ready to head home so we took off for our 30-40 minute drive. After inspecting the jeep the following morning at home, we noticed water spots on the jeep and the rubicon sticker had been peeling off so we decided to contact (Neil Blaire) and he said for us to come in with the jeep and they will handle it, mind you he did not say anything that we had to schedule an appointment to do this, (we don't live down the street we can't just take it in at anytime or leave the jeep and catch a ride home) we finally found some time to bring it back the following week on Monday evening 3/9/2015 after work to have this taken care of, met with (Neil Blaire) and he got us in contact with a sales manager (Steve Coopersmith) to approve all the work that needs to be done which was getting the car hand waxed with a good detail because obviously the first time around was half assed not only but the floorboard were completely soaked and wet. After spending several hours there with no work getting performed on the jeep he suggested us to come back on the weekend, setup an appointment, or try and deal with another dealership close by, once again I felt like these guys were quick just to push us to the side after they got our business where's the customer service In this? Obviously we weren't getting any of it (Steve Coopersmith) scheduled us to come back on Saturday (3/14/2015) as he mentioned he would get everything taken care of include giving us a little gas for the trip we had to make just to make us happy. Saturday comes and we take the jeep in to meet with (Steve Coopersmith) and they took the jeep in, we waited a few hours in the lobby only to find out they gave it a half assed car wash and detail like they did first time around...so wait, are you telling me I just wasted my time, added more miles on my jeep and wasted gas that you did not end up covering? I could have taken the jeep to the nearest drive through car wash and had it done on my own expense if I wanted a half assed detail. After the BS of course (Steve Coopersmith) was in a rush to leave as he had a "family emergency" to get to. At this point I figured this dealership was a joke and I had to find another dealership to deal with, they could careless about you after your purchase and make you feel like you left the car dealership with a used car. I left and will never return back or ever do business with them again, I hope no one has to go through this over the littlest problems they can't even handle I can only imagine if it were a bigger issue they would probably abandoned ship, good luck fellow car buyers I hope you have a better experience than I did.
