I went to Elk Grove Dodge with a list of the things I wanted to see on a Ram truck and was impressed with Lasher's astounding inventory. It made it easy to see each option I was interested in. When it was determined that my “Perfect” truck, would need to be ordered I was introduced to Victor Macias, fleet manager. Victor answered every question I had about my list of options with expert knowledge and printed out the details for my dream truck. I went home to study the proposal; make sure every option was what I really wanted and check on the pricing Victor offered. Over the next week, I spoke with Victor several times to ask a few more questions and tweak a couple of options. I was confident this was the truck I wanted, but was wary to commit without actually seeing the truck. Victor said he would order the truck I wanted and if I didn't like it when it arrived, I was not obligated. Well, six weeks later the truck arrived and about 2 hours after that I drove it home. I have only good things to say about Victor Macias. He worked hard for me to get what I wanted. He is knowledgeable, honest, conscientious, and courteous. His work made my purchase at Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram a pleasure and the Truck he got for me is, in fact, “Perfect”. More

I was initially conflicted about going to purchase a new vehicle as I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee at Elk Grove Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. I was initially conflicted about going to purchase a new vehicle as a female on my own. I had recently visited three or four other Jeep dealerships in the area and found the sales staff to be pushy and completely unwilling to work with me on a reasonable price. I knew the vehicle I wanted to take for a drive and likely purchase as I had done hours of research beforehand. When I presented the information they easily located the vehicle and allowed me to take it for a test drive. The sales team were polite and respectful of my boundaries and did not make me feel like prey as I had come to relate to the car dealership/test drive experience at other Jeep dealerships. The sales staff were a pleasure to work with and quickly rose above my expectations in their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to meet me with a fair price agreement. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would highly encourage anyone interested to shop for and or purchase their new vehicle with Elk Grove Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. My experience with their finance department and service staff were also extremely pleasant. More
Extremely unhappy were sold certified preowned and two days later it broke down leaving my daughter and I stranded in the middle of nowhere. This dealership did absolutely nothing to help us. We had to pay out of pocket for a tow truck even though we bought a 7 year warranty. The sales/service team kept giving me the runaround and never once apologized for the inconvenience. I was frantic. My husband had to leave the fire he was on to come help us. No one from the dealership ever called to make sure we got picked up. For all they know in still stranded. I felt like they got there money so they were done with us. I will make sure everyone I know and then some hears about the absolutely horrible service we received. We were also told our car had the uconnect but when I tried to set it up it said uconnect not available. My car has been in the shop for over a week now and is still not fixed. Soooo pissed. I will never buy a car from this dealership again More

The Real Deal I'm not sure where to begin. It started a few weeks ago with a postcard from Steve Coopesmith regarding wanting to buy my 2006 Saturn. I held on t I'm not sure where to begin. It started a few weeks ago with a postcard from Steve Coopesmith regarding wanting to buy my 2006 Saturn. I held on to the card. Fast forward a few weeks, my mom bought a car at another dealer in the auto mall, I brought along the post card. After mom was done, we headed over to Elk Grove Dodge to find this mysterious Steve. It did not talk long. I knew from the moment we said hello that this guy is the real deal. I showed him the card asked if it is legit, indeed it was legit. I asked if he could help me, he was sure he could. It was crazy busy I told him I would come back the next morning in the mean time I would go home and look at their inventory online. I nearly cried as there was nothing there I wanted, that was until I delved a little further and there she was. A gorgeous 2013 Toyota RAV 4 with, what? 5800 miles? not possible. I was exhausted from mom's deal but I hopped back into my 2006 Saturn VUE with 125,000 miles and zoomed back to the dealership to have a closer look and a possible test drive provided it was still there. It was. Steve was on the lot and knew me right away I told him what I was there to look at, I had the stock number written down. He summoned Loc who promptly brought out the beauty and within minutes I was sitting in her waiting for a test drive. It was love at first sight and drive but would this even be possible? I was owed $10,000 on my Saturn and I was $8,000 underwater (you read that right). How could they possibly help me when the dealer my mom bought from didn't even bother to offer to help even as I was looking at their cars on the showroom. Steve and Loc and the others behind the scene worked their fingers to the bone to help me. It was obvious that they actually care honestly and truly cared about ME, my wants and needs. Loc kept me informed "50/50 chance in your favor" well, that never goes in my favor, then "60/40 chance in your favor" well, that is much better. A little while later out comes Steve with a piece of paper scribbled in sharpie with numbers....DEAL!!! Gone are the days of the tired method of walking lot after lot. All you have to do is enter what you want on a website and it narrows everything down from 15,000 cars to 150, to 50. They got me into this beautiful brand new SUV of my dreams and took my poor old Saturn off of my hands getting me out from under the mess I was in. These guys are truly the real deal. If they can't help you they won't waste your time but if there is any chance no matter how remote that they CAN help you they will do everything within their power to help you. I must also give kudos to Omar in finance who made signing papers painless. Mr. Bloom if you read this, and I hope you do your boys are the BEST. Thank you thank you thank you. More

We were stranded on the freeway when our last car died and ended up managing to get to the dealership (with the help of our babysitter) and we were met by the internet sales manager cory. He immediately started helping us. We told him our budget and he went to work. He brought everything to us because we had our 18 mon old son with us and it was WAY too hot to be pushing him around the lot. We were there for a long time only because they were sooooo busy, but it was definitely worth it. Got a gorgeous new car and had a great experience. PLEASE ASK FOR CORY IF YOU GO. The man worked miracles. More
