He's the greatest salesman...friendly, informative and very professional! I bought a 2014 Jeep! It was the easiest/smoothest transaction I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. As a woman, car shopping can sometimes be a little intimidating, however, I was not intimated at all. Bob and the finance crew were excellent!! I've already referred friends to the dealership and told them to ask for Bob Mayorga, he will take care of you!! A great experience with a great group of people! Thanks! More

Horrible Customer Service Neil Blair with Elk Grove, CA Dodge was great at returning phone calls and answering emails BEFORE and the day of purchasing the vehicle. However, we Neil Blair with Elk Grove, CA Dodge was great at returning phone calls and answering emails BEFORE and the day of purchasing the vehicle. However, we have not heard from him at all even after several attempts to get a hold of ANYONE at the dealership. This is not a dealership to be trusted. I was a cash paying customer and asked for my credit NOT to be run, Neil INSISTED I needed to complete the Credit App due to "Patriot Act" and that my credit would not be run. AFTER the vehicle was delivered and he had cash in hand, he informed me that the dealership did run my credit. Massad has sent an email to help with the issue, but that is it. I also have a few questions regarding the vehicle and some windows that are inoperative (vehicle was delivered that way). No one is responding to voice mails or emails. This is my 5th new car purchase in 7 years (most were internet sales) and this is the WORST buying experience with the worst customer service I've experienced. More

Another good experience!! I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Lashers, I live in the east bay andmade the trek to see Rich and Gordon again because they treated me right the f I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Lashers, I live in the east bay andmade the trek to see Rich and Gordon again because they treated me right the first time and I wanted my wife to have the same experience, THEY DID NOT FAIL. Rich and Gordon both came in before their shift started so that we could get the deal done before the end of the day, because we came from a long way away. Why didn't I just go to my local dealer? No one else had an exact match to what my wife was looking for, let alone 2, 1 on the lot and 1 in transit, we also wanted to drive the vehicle home same day. I'm on my 3rd and final Wrangler(2dr RUBICON also purchased for EGJ and Rich and Gordon) and my wife is now on her 2nd and final Grand Cherokee(SUMMIT EDITION).
