Working with Rich was a wonderful experience. I called in inquiring about a vehicle, telling him I was coming from the central valley and he still prepared the car I was inquiring about (even though it did n inquiring about a vehicle, telling him I was coming from the central valley and he still prepared the car I was inquiring about (even though it did not seem like I would take the trip) and another option for me, just in case. We viewed both vehicles and Rich kept up conversation like we were old friends, introducing me to other salesmen and making me feel at ease. It is typical for salesman to try and up-sell you, pressure you and for the younger crowd (under 25) like me, it is reassuring that I was not made to feel as if I am unknowledgeable, but none of this was the case with Rich or Gordon. The financing portion took an incredibly long amount of time but in the end Gordon came out with a great deal closer to the price range that I initially wanted and not trying to haggle me into increasing my budget further. One definite plus was that because I was waiting literal hours the GM took it upon himself to order lunch (since by this point I was starving!). Overall despite the time period, I will never forget my experience with Elk grove, Rich and Gordon and I would definitely recommend them to other people. More

Contacted Frankie via email and scheduled a time to come down for a test drive on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Frankie was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and pleasant to work with. After the test dr down for a test drive on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Frankie was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and pleasant to work with. After the test drive I met with Gordon and we all began the negotiations on the MSRP, trade value and finance terms. What an experience. I had fun! These guys were a pleasure to work with. Gordon is very professional. Even though there was a misunderstanding on some of the terms, it was corrected in my favor. Gordon was a man of his word and handshake. He and the dealership gained my trust. I was treated with respect and they gave me the impression they valued my business. I did not have the greatest credit, and going in I knew it would be tough to get financed. She texted me later that day to verify some information and then sent me a picture of a brand new 2014 Jeep and said It worked out as a better option for me. OMG totally not what I was expecting the hear. Went down the next morning and drove away in my Brand new Jeep. Thanks again for all the hard work and making the experience a great one.
