Despite the frustration from my insurance company problems, Richard made the experience easy. I knew the exact truck I wanted from looking at the dealership's stock website. Richard went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and although he showed me another option or two, he never made me feel pressured. He was knowledgeable and resourceful in finding answers to any question he did not know. Later, in financing when we couldn't get a hold of our insurance agent, we were offered both the in house insurance company and a contact for another insurance company. The later ended up working out very well, and we felt like a priority and well taken care of. The dealer ship cleaned the truck, gave us a gas voucher and we were on our way. However, once we got home we noticed large gashes on the side of the front bumper. We suspect it was from the car washer's pressure washer. I immediately called Richard and told him what we found. He and his sales manager both got on the phone, apologized and said they would take care of the entire thing and put me in a rental while it was in the shop. Despite outside problems and frustrations, Richard and his dealership took very good care of me and made the experience a good one. I know of a few people that are looking to buy a new truck soon; I will definitely refer them to Richard and this dealership. More

I went to the dealership at least 4 times unable to make up my mind. She was there for me every step of the way and always eager to help! Never once was she annoyed that I couldn't make up my mind, and never did she give up on me. The price of my vehicle was perfect and they worked with me to get me to the pymt. Richard Brown was great and patient...he had to be since it took us almost 3 hours to even begin negotiations and speak with Gordon...all the while just sitting at a round table twiddling our thumbs with Ri it took us almost 3 hours to even begin negotiations and speak with Gordon...all the while just sitting at a round table twiddling our thumbs with Richard....we felt bad for him, what a waste of time...super nice guy. We arrived at 6:30pm, looked at the vehicle for no more than 30 minutes and were finally getting to business at 10pm! We came very close to walking out but Richard Brown was really nice and we didn't want to do that to him; plus we knew we wanted the vehicle. Not to mention we drove 120 miles round trip to come check out this particular truck, so going back the next day wasn't an option (well, shouldn't have been, see below for further explanation). When we did finally stand up to leave we were finally given attention. We are very happy with the price we got on the vehicle (2013 Ram 2500 Diesel), only to not be able to drive it home that night! By the time we were done with the process it was midnight, the detail guys had gone home and the manual was missing! (The truck was filthy and muddy on the interior, otherwise we would have driven it home undetailed and dealt with it ourselves.) So we have to drive 120 miles round trip to go pick up the truck today (the next day). If it weren't such a great deal and we hadn't liked Richard so much, we definitely would not have done business with this dealership. Sorry Richard, hope your job gets easier! They are compensating our gas but given our only option is to make the drive during rush hour traffic right through downtown Sacramento, it hardly feels compensating. Love Richard Brown, hated the experience from a business perspective. More
Working with Travis was a pleasure, he was very friendly and absolutely knew his stuff which was great to have such a knowledgeable person to work with while looking at a car! I'm only giving it four stars because the finance application process took so long. I filled out the application online and the internet sales manager told me my rate and payment like I was ready to application process took so long. When I got there they had nothing and I had to fill it out all over again (they did go out of their way to give me the same rate I was quoted though). My sales rep was fantastic, no pressure to buy, super friendly, and even went out of his way to make sure I got gas in my vehicle. He did the add on spiel but didn't pressure me into really getting any add ons either. It was the best price, the best sales rep, and the best dealership I've been in, ever. No one haggled or pressured me into anything. If they get the online application finance process in order, they would beat any dealership hands down. More
