In fact, he asked all the right questions and together we found the perfect new truck. I thought I could pick out a truck all by myself but having him there to show me around and answer questions really helped. I don't think I would have found a truck this perfect unless he was there to help. I bought the brand new 2014 Ram 1500 Express with the black out package and I couldn't be happier. The truck is SWEET! Not only was Richard very helpful but the finance guy, Charlie was a true gentleman. He was fun, personable, honest and truly professional. I loved how he started by getting to know me on a personal level before we even began the paperwork. He was very informative with the warranty information and I'm glad I bought the security system that he recommended. I honestly never participate in these type of reviews but I felt that these two gentlemen needed to be recognized for their outstanding service. Both of them are a huge asset to your organization. All the way, from my first contact with dealers by phone, all has been high quality, beyond expectations. I have been looking for a car for my mother for the last three weeks, talking to at least other t all has been high quality, beyond expectations. I have been looking for a car for my mother for the last three weeks, talking to at least other three dealers. My experience in the process had been so frustrating, very scary and intimidating. All past dealers tried to get more money from me than the real value, even trying to sell me a very old 2002 car for $10k. It was very difficult and made me sad that -being a person with no knowledge about buying a car, needing a vehicle, with very little time between trying to buy a car and taking care of young children- dealers seemed to try to take advantage without caring for my situation. I felt in the middle of wolves, trying to dial to my bank to seek for advice and spend lots of time at night trying to read carfax reports about the cars I was looking to buy. I decided to buy a car from one of those dealers. Last night however, while reading about this car report, suddenly, the add of a new car appeared. All of a sudden, like if God decided to help me and direct me to the right one. So, I immediately checked it out, as the report was free. I was sad that the cost was high, so, I had no other choice but to get the one I have decided to buy. However, the very next morning, I decided it would not hurt to give Elk Grove dealers a call, and make them the offer I could afford, and clearly told Bob that I would not be willing to drive from Sacramento to Elk Grove unless they would accept my offer for the car. Bob said he would check with his boss, and would call me back. As I was used to the other dealers already, I thought he would tell me I was crazy, ignore me, make me feel less, or even get mad at me. Luckily, I asked them by phone, so I was not face to face! Bob did not return my call soon. So I departed to the car dealer who where going to meet me at 10 am to lend me the car I wanted to buy, and I was going to take it to a mechanic for pre-buying inspection. I had the mechanic appointment and I was very ready to purchase the car afterwards, because it seemed to be the one. All these activities, of course, with my patient young children accompanying me. Just when I got to Watt avenue, my cellphone rang and Bob told me that his boss accepted my offer!, I do not think I reacted properly, I think I was a little bit defensive, but then I realize that Bob was telling me yes, without negotiation!!! I could not believe it and I felt immediately skeptical...But Bob confirmed to me again the price and told me that they were having it ready for me to come and pick it up asap. As I had already read the car report, I was ok with looking at it. But I needed him to answer a few questions, because I wanted to make sure the travel to Elk Grove was worth it. Bob answered all my questions just perfect and clear. I turned around from the dealership street and got back to Natomas to pick up my mother. She got in the car, again, a little bit skeptical and already tired of meeting bad dealers, and feeling being taken advantage of. So, off we went to ELk Grove, when my phone rang again and it was Bob boss!! When I heard it was Bob boss, I thought "Oh know, here we go, he is going to deny the deal, and scold me, and maybe he already fired that Bob!. So, I got scare of his call. But when the boss, Shak Zazai, ask me how long was I going to get there for, told me also that they were waiting for me, and that he even was willing to give me the car for less than I offered, that blew my mind! My mom, children and I arrived to Elk Grove, and got a little bit lost among all those dealerships, auto mall, and cars...I called Shak and he directed me on the phone. I got to the place and there were three men waiting and waving to us, as if we were queens of England! I seriously thought they were waiting for someone else...but no. It was us! They treated us like stars! We parked and came into the office, with children, and sat. They immediately made us feel welcome. They store is beautiful, clean, everyone was smiling, I felt like in the happiest place in the world, and it was not Disneyland! Shak even brought out two toy cars for my children!! WOW! Who does that??? Again, just in Disneyland... I was beginning to feel a little bit afraid for the outstanding service, I did not know if they would try to charge me for all of this! So, I follow the process, and they were always very amicable, nice, and I was able to trust them soon. They understood that my children would get tired, so they speeder the process. We were done In a couple of hours, including the financial closure. The car we bought is better than we expected. I did not worry to take it to a mechanic for inspection, as ELk Grove dealers have it inspected before trying to sell it. All the way from the beginning to the end, my children and my mom and I, all came out so excited, happy and with a fantastic new car for us!! The receptionist kept smiling to my children and that made them feel happy waiting for me. We are still enjoying our amazing experience in buying a car from Elk Grove Dodge, and will look for them in the future, if God wants. I just wonder, how would I be doing now, if God has not directed me to that carfax add, and if I had not made the quick call to Elk Grove Dodge, even when I was so afraid to continue looking for a car? More

Had just gotten out of my rental to start looking when a young man came up and greeted us. He took us to a computer and offered to bring one of the cars around to show us what it was like.
