Having been recently involved in an accident that left my vehicle totaled, I was in need of a new car and FAST! I e-mailed Kyle all of my information, and he was very quick to respond to all of my initial questions. He also sent me a few different links to check out online, so that I had a good idea of what my actual options might be. I scheduled an appoinment that same day, and was welcomed by a very friendly staff upon my arrival. From that point on, Gordon and Frankie took over on behalf of Kyle, who was wrapping up some things with another customer. Frankie showed me several cars on the lot, and I test drove my first choice vehicle. When I thought I was ready to purchase it, Frankie took me inside to go over financing. At that time, Gordon sat with me and went over my options in great detail. He recommended that I consider a new vehicle instead of the used vehicle that I initially was interested in, and was able to get me a great rate with just a few thousand dollars down.
