If I could give a minus I would. Took our truck in for a 35,000 mile service that was supposed to include checking the brakes rotating the tires. They said they could not rotate the tires because they were over torqued and the air wrench wouldn’t work. Funny we took it to Les Schwab the next day and they had no problem loosening the bolts on the tires sounds to me like a lazy mechanic, but did they give us credit for it? Oh xxxx no $715 later on oil change and a fuel filter change, I will never ever ever go back to elk Grove Ford and I don’t recommend anyone else does either More
If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service has gone out the door.. you may have to bring your car in three or four times just to get it fixed when you have Indicator light The customer service has gone out the door.. you may have to bring your car in three or four times just to get it fixed when you have Indicator lights on… Even though they have the codes. They tell you they Can’t guarantee the problem will be fixed and blame it on the manufacturer. They are so concerned with separating themselves from the manufacturer, whose name they prominently display on their building. I don’t know what’s going on between them and Ford and I don’t care, but I am over it and my car is still not fixed. More
