Disappointed in ford, dropped vehicle, F150 2023 of for noise, diagnostic was that it has to do with the recall. Parts are available but on back order, might be a month or more. Worried, ford recall says it can increase risk of a crash, service department says it is safe to drive… also disappointed that I had to call to see if it was ready, I dropped the vehicle off on 1/19 Monday, left a message asking about the status just before 6pm, did not receive a call back, called next morning just after 8 am, they said I could pick it up. More
