Good afternoon , Thank you for taking my call yesterday, It was a pleasure speaking with you. I apologize once again for the inability to accommodate all of the service concerns on your vehicle. We are always striving for the best customer service possible, that said I did review the original phone call . When the reservation was set up it sounded like you requested a "full once over ", the reservationist responded that we would perform a multi-point -inspection. There were no additional clarifications made afterwards, we certainly could have done a better job asking for specific needs. Chevrolet shops are "Specialized " meaning each technician has his/her specific skills , it is not uncommon for 2-3 technicians to complete 1 vehicles list of repairs. I certainly don't expect our customers to know this, I am simply sharing. I would love to have the opportunity to meet your requests, is there another day that I could arrange a appointment ? depending on how many requests and the length of the diagnosis I may need the vehicle for 1 - to 3 days to complete the diagnosis/ repairs.
