I had told Mathew that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and to please checkout the vehicle and to look at the mirrors that would not stay and the tailgate that does not latch when closing. When I received the work schedule it listed items like fuel filters 65% air filter 40% needed changed. When I asked about the two items listed above he stated the technicians are really busy and didn’t have time to complete a diagnostic on them but I could bring it back just for that. I can get an oil change about anywhere for half of the $120 I was charged I came to the dealer I bought the vehicle from because I expected better diagnostics. More
