After thoroughly reviewing a Jeep they had listed on Autotrader.com I decided to take a look at it. I called to see if the vehicle was still available. It was so I took a two hour ride to lot. They had posted 9 pictures of a Jeep that was the same year and model, but not the same Jeep. The one on the lot was beat up, had rust, chipped paint, ripped seats and the soft tops zippers were split and held together with yellow duct tape. They blamed outsourcing of the internet ads as to why the vehicle was not the same one. They also told me if I wanted a warranty, they would need to have the vehicle serviced and any problems fixed, which would raise the price of the Jeep. Somehow between the time I called them and the time I showed up on the lot the vehicle price had been raise a $1,000. I had to show them a print out for them to agree to even honor that price, which was still too high. The absolute worst thing about my experience with them, the fast talking sales manager from Texas spent five more minutes wasting my time trying to get me to buy a different Jeep that was $5,000 more than the one I went to look at. In total I wasted 4 hours of my life to find out just how shady EAG Auto is. I would not recommend them to anyone. More

My wife and I came in for the scratch off promotion and we got caught up in the hectic but friendly atmosphere. We ended up test driving a very awesome black Pontiac G6. Everyone had a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm and was a very informative experience for two people that have new had to purchase a new or used car from a dealership. The information gathered was valuable and it would definitely be a place I would recommend. They have a great inventory, so there seems to be something for everyone. I visited EAG with my daughter during their Super Sale and was really impressed with the selection of makes and models of used cars. I was shopping for my daughter's first car, and was (obviously) trying and was really impressed with the selection of makes and models of used cars. Stay away they are very rude especially the girl who answers the phone and the sales men never return calls ever big waste of time. More
