Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a scheduled appointment to sales reps and managers, so I’m also leaving a review here to warn others. Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a scheduled appointment to pick up a new Cadillac and was asked to complete all paperwork ahead of time. For several days leading up to the appointment, I repeatedly asked for final pricing, but was told each time that “the manager would go over everything in person.” Despite having a confirmed appointment, I ended up waiting over four hours, constantly reassured that I was “next” and it would only be “30 more minutes.” After two hours, I asked for the keys to my trade-in and said I would return another time. Instead, I was told they were eager to finish the deal since it was the end of the month, and that everything was ready to go. But even then, it took another two hours just to speak with someone. When I was finally seen, the price we had discussed supposedly including everything except taxes, the doc fee, and the first month’s payment suddenly included a $1,500 destination charge, which is already part of the vehicle’s MSRP. When I pointed this out, I was told I was mistaken and that it’s “separate on a lease.” A quick online search confirmed this is a deceptive tactic known as “double freight.” They also made it seem like they were doing me a favor by waiving one fee (“admin fee”) but still charging another (“bank fee”) which are often just renamed versions of the same thing. The worst part wasn’t even the shady fees, it was the complete lack of integrity and disregard for my time. I spent over nine hours there due to avoidable delays, evasive answers, and last-minute surprises. Bottom line: If you’re considering this dealership, be extremely cautious. Ask for everything in writing ahead of time, double-check every number, and prepare to spend your entire day there. Transparency and respect for your time should be standard, unfortunately they weren’t here. More

This dealer uses a bizarre and unscrupulous tactic where they advertise the vehicle as a lower price to attract buyers but in the fine print it states that this price is after a $2,000 down payment.
