Very comfortable experience in getting a vehicle and awesome I was hoping in getting the same vehicle, but in a "DINALE". EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Earlier today I brought in my wife's Escalade for service due to a noise it was making when switching gears. I spoke with 2 service advisors named Fir Earlier today I brought in my wife's Escalade for service due to a noise it was making when switching gears. I spoke with 2 service advisors named Firsy and Cherise and let me just say this, I've never been more relaxed and happy to get my car serviced. All it took was a few jokes and a sincere "I'm soooo sorry to hear that" and I felt at ease. I mean the sincerity alone would have me come back for service. And the professionalism and confidence displayed but Cherise really won me over! I know she's used to rude customers in her profession but you'd never be able to tell. She's awesome. I wish I could bring my own car here to be serviced and not just my wife's. Anyways, top notch attitude and efficiency in the job is what keeps customers coming back, especially when there's a repair shop on every corner. Job well done guys! More
