Sir, it is never our goal to have a shopper leave dissatisfied, we make every attempt to satisfy every situation. I have reviewed your email with the Sales Manager (John Randazzo) you met with, and all things being fair, there are many details that are not included in your review of the events. We have been working together for almost a month to get you to a lease payment you were comfortable with, working with different configurations of features and equipment. The last telephone conversation with Joshua regarding equipment you would be satisfied with in order to achieve the desired terms was yet to be reviewed with our Sales Manager to verify we could put that deal together; Joshua did not commit to or confirm availability. Joshua said to the effect of "IF we could do that deal, would that earn your business?". Before Joshua could review with the Sales Manager, you came to the showroom, expecting that deal regardless of the fact we had yet to agree to it. When John met with you in the showroom, all details of your prior conversations with Joshua were not understood. John, after reviewing the terms and our inventory, tried to explain what was possible and different options that would satisfy your terms; rather than discussing options, you started accusing the dealership of bait and switch. From there the conversation escalated, and very accusatory, foul language was used, including loud F-bombs, in a showroom full of people, families, and children, including stopping to make disparaging remarks to other customers seated in the showroom as you left the building. Sir, with all due respect, you cannot demand something that was never agreed to. We hope that you find a vehicle and terms you can be satisfied with. Wishing you all the best!

Your shameless attempt to rewrite history and to deflect the unprofessional gamesmanship of your firm's tactics are undetermined by texts, notes, and phone conversations to the contrary. A customer's time and trust are invaluable. Once lost, it can not be recaptured. Your response should start with an apology, but I guess taking responsibility for the failure of your company is not part of the sales pitch. I'm sure I am one of many who have been misled, all in a bid to create business.
