Excellent Experience!!!! I was uneasy with leaving my prior Cadillac dealer who I had been with for over 10 years and coming to City on Northern Boulevard. That all changed wh I was uneasy with leaving my prior Cadillac dealer who I had been with for over 10 years and coming to City on Northern Boulevard. That all changed when I met Helena. Her expertise and knowledge of the models and many packages amazed me!! I immmediately knew I was in the right hands and felt at ease. She listened to what I was looking for and made me aware of things that I did not know which helped me make my decision. Coming into this, I thought I was done with Cadillac. Was losing interest, being in so many prior cars, with the same interior over and over again, until Helena suggested the XT5, which I would have never considered.
