Extremely BAD experience No matter what the car had, they keep on telling story and end up by not coming to the phone - I had to go in person after almost 1 month to talk with the supervisor from the service keep on telling story and end up by not coming to the phone - I had to go in person after almost 1 month to talk with the supervisor from the service department Mr. Vincent and also, he said "will be ready tomorrow on a day after tomorrow "and end up to be another week. I had to make a big noise-they did not provide another car -NOTHING- Very unprofessional Who knows if I didn't make noise for how long they will keep my car-with the excuses that there are cars in service for almost 2 moths?! I'm paying my lease, and the car is warranty so -CHOOSE ANOTHER SERVICE DEALER More
