FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THE STAN IN THE USED CAR SALES REALLY DID HIS END OF THE DEAL , I WENT TO DEALER ABOUT A USED CAR THAT I WAS INTRESTED IN BUYING AFTER SPEAKING TO STAN , I TOLD HIM I DO NOT SALES REALLY DID HIS END OF THE DEAL , I WENT TO DEALER ABOUT A USED CAR THAT I WAS INTRESTED IN BUYING AFTER SPEAKING TO STAN , I TOLD HIM I DO NOT LIKE HIGH PRESSURE SALESMAN , AND UP FRONT SAID THATS NOT THE WE HE WORKS , OK I GO TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR WITCH I FELL IN LOVE WITHAFTER DRIVING IT . WENT BACK TO OFFICE TO CRUNCH SO NUMBERS AND ALREADY TOLD STAN THE I ALREADY HAVE A LOAN APPROVED WITH ME AND COULD WRITE THE CHECK NOW IF I WANTED TO , BUT MEN AS WE ALL KNOW WE HAVE TO HAVE THE WIFE SEE IT FIRST BEFORE WE BUY , I TOLD STAN THAT I WOULD BE BRINGING HER IN THAT NIGHT JUST TO SEE AND GO FOR A TEST DRIVE JUST TO SEEE IF I MISSED ANYTHING STAN SAID SURE , ALSO TOLD STAN RIGHT UP FRONT THAT I WOULD NOT TAKE OVER THE CAR UNTIL SUNDAY BEING THE CHINEES NEW YEAR THEN STAN ASK IF HE MAY ASK WHAT INTREST RATE WAS I GOING TO BE PAYING WITH THE LOAN THAT I WAS ALREADY APPROVED FOR AND TOLD HIM THAT NUMBER, STAN THEN TELLS ME IF HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE RATE CHEAPER WITH HIS LOAN PEOPLE WOULD I CONSIDER TAKING IT ,MY RESPONCE TO THAT WAS IF IT IS NOT GOING TO COST ME ANYTHING TO GET A BETTER RATE SURE , HE SAID HE WILL HAVE NUMBERS FOR ME WHEN I CAME BACK THAT NIGHT , 3 HOURS LATER WE COME BACK TO SHOW THE WIFE THE CAR , TEST DROVE IT SHE LIKES IT , ASKED STAN FOR A CAR FAX REPORT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY USE SOMETHING ELSE I SEE THAT IT WAS IN AN ACCIDENT , IM STILL OK THIS IS A CERTIFIED CAR IT COMES WITH A 3 DAY TRAIL PERIOD OR 150 MILES TO HAVE CAR CHECKED OUT PLUS I KNEW I WAS GOING TO GO HOME AND DO A CAR FAX ON THE CAR ANYWAY JUST TO PUT MY MIND AT EASE WITCH WE DID AND JUST SAID THAT THE ACCIDENT WAS REPORTED AND NO MAJOR DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE CAR .MIND YOU STAN AND I ALREADY CAME TO AN AGREEMENT ON PRICE HE TOOK A DEPOSIT ON MY CREDIT CARD AND EVEN WROTE THE AGREEMENT OF TERMS WITH ALL THE NUMBERS AND WE BOTH SIGNED IT , NOW THAT BEING SAID WE WERE JUST WAITING FOR THE INTREST RATE THE DEALER WAS GETTING FOR ME .TOOK US OVER TO THE LOAN MGR OFFICE AND SAID HE BE RIGHT WITH US HE WAS FINISHING UP WITH SOMEONE OK WAITED WAITED SOME MORE THEN TOLD STAN WE WERE GOING HOME WE LIVE APPOX 30 MILE FROM DEALER GOOD 45 MINS. RIDE HOME AND THAT WE WILL TALK TOMORROW , NOW TOMORROW IS HERE I AM LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE. CAN NOT WAIT I GET UP GO TO MY INSURANCE PLACE PUT INSURANCE ON THE CAR THAT I AM BUYING LAID OUT ALMOST $300.00 UP FRONT TO CARRY THE EXTRA CAR TILL I HAND IN THE PLATES FROM OLD CAR , I GO TO DEALER TO MEET STAN AS WE TALK ON PHONE TOLD HIM I WANTED TO KNOW THE LOAN RATE THE DEALER GOT FOR ME HE SAID I HAD TO SEE THE LOAN MGR. I SAID STAN I DON'T REALLY NEED A LOAN APPROVAL I HAVE MY OWN BANK CHECK FROM MY BANK THAT RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP AS NO HASSLE JUST GEHAT THEY WOULD KEEP IT ON THE LOT TEHEN T A NUMBER FOR ME THEN ITS YES I WOULD USE YOUR LENDER OR NO I WILL USE MINE ,MY TIME IS VALVEABLE TO ME GREATLY, STAN NOW COMES BACK AND SAID I NEED TO TAKE THE CAR TODAY , I SAID NO I TOLD YOU SUNDAY ASKED WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH THAT ? I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WANT TO CLOSE OUT THE MONTH , HE THEN ASK WOULD I TAKE THE CAR OUT OF THE LOT SO THEY SAY I TOOK POSETION OF THE CAR THEN I COULD LEAVE THE CAR ON THE LOT TILL SUNDAY , I TOLD STAN I NOT CRAZY ABOUT IT BUT WOULD NOT LET THAT STOP THE DEAL OK , BUT I WANTED IN WRIGHTING THAT MY 3 DAY TRAIL PERIOD WOULD START ON SUNDAY ,THIS WAY I COULD HAVE THE ACCIDENT REPAIR LOOKED AT . HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD AGREEE TO THAT . GREAT NOW HE GOES BACK TO THE LOAN MGR FOR THE NUMBERS AND TELLS ME THAT HE HAS BAD NEWS FOR ME , THAT THE ONLY WAY I CAN BUY THIS CAR IS ONLY IF I USE THERE LOAN WITCH WAS ALMOST 1.0 % HIGHER THEN MINE , I SAID ARE YOU KIDDING ME WE HAVE A SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THIS , THIS IS JUST ABOUT DOLLARS THAT THEY ARE NOT GETTING FROM THE LOAN PEOPLE THEY USE AND HE TOLD YES SORRY BUT THATS WHAT IT MOUNTS TO . SO ANYONE THAT BUY THE 2010 CHEVY EQUINOX LT UNIT #15831 GOOD LUCK WITH THAT SUV IT WAS A CAR THAT WAS FOR ME , HOPE THIS LETTER HELPED YOU AND HOPE THAT IN THE FUTURE THEY DONT GO BACK ON THERE WORD ON ANYTHING JUST BEWARE .
