Run, do not walk away from Empire Chevrolet of Huntington. Oscar Morel is the shadiest person I have ever met. After I negotiated my deal, he called me one hour before I was scheduled to pick up m Huntington. Oscar Morel is the shadiest person I have ever met. After I negotiated my deal, he called me one hour before I was scheduled to pick up my car and told me he could not honor our deal on the 2024 Traverse. Who does this? Oscar! He also tried to add additional administrative and transportation fees. The kicker was when he told me I had to pay sales tax on my trade in, not happening. The worse car buying experience ever. The one bright spot was my salesperson Charice Valdes who was outstanding throughout this nightmare. Lots of shady things going on behind the scenes at Empire Chevrolet of Huntington, avoid at all cost. More
