Noel has been working with me over the last month or so to help with an issue that I have been having with my truck. He has been very communicative with me to make sure that the issue was resolved. I dropped off my in-laws' truck for diagnostic concern. I noticed the service department was extremely short-staffed, but my service advisor Kenya assisted with all of my needs and concerns. She was extremely professional, attentive, and caring. She made me feel comfortable with the repairs that were needed. She properly informed me of the cost of repairs and the repairs needed. A lot of people, including myself, would cringe to go to a dealership service department, especially when the vehicles are out of warranty.
