First time ordering new car and went to them in Dec2022. Talked with Juarez Barreto and he told me no markup and invoice at MSRP. Went home and send him pdf of my order signing the pages and signed deposi Talked with Juarez Barreto and he told me no markup and invoice at MSRP. Went home and send him pdf of my order signing the pages and signed deposit for them charge my CC. Finally in May, the car is produced and about to get to the dealership in NJ port. Sales manager Sunny calls me and tells me the invoice price is 2k over msrp which was the nys drive clean rebate that they want to take into their own pockets. I complained and sent emails with Juarez mentioning rebates are done after car gets here. Sunny then calls me later saying I have no case and no buy order having the invoice price that was discussed when ordering so he would not sell at msrp and said he can sell to anyone with 5k market rate adjustment. They made me angry and I asked him how come Juarez didn’t do it correctly and yet he got offended. At the end of call, I cancelled order and ask for my deposit back and he said it would be done that day and send me receipt which was a lie as well. I had to email the general manager and finally got my deposit back 3 days later. These are deceiving sales tactics and not honoring negotiated price. They want you to order and then get it in jnventory and mark up to make more $ to sell to others. More
