If it wasn’t for Sarah Wilk we would have walked out without a vehicle. Original salesman Juárez misrepresented the terms of the sale. Sarah and Jesse took over and worked out an agreeable arrangement. without a vehicle. Original salesman Juárez misrepresented the terms of the sale. I guess after ten years baking in a driveway, and another ten in my possession, it was a guarantee William David Pena Review So, my car broke down. I guess after ten years baking in a driveway, and another ten in my possession, it was a guaranteed event. Now, I’m off on a journey for a new ride. Dealer#1: I walk in and ask the receptionist if I could see a vehicle. She says to wait while she finds someone—I wait outside. A guy comes out, doesn’t look at me, asks the woman, “Is this the fella that wants to see the car?” I help him out and say yes. He stays focused ahead and walks me to one of the dirtiest new cars I’ve ever seen. Only the birds saw it as an acceptable target. I get in the car and the guy’s pretty much silent while I ask any question I could about things. He’s miserable, but somehow we get from his car to his desk, to a point at which he offers a test drive. I say I gotta go after he’s gone a bit too long … and he gets angry—scolds me about the process. I hope that wasn't a middle finger in my pocket. Dealer#2: I go in … look around—the only people inside are in their offices, at their desks, on the phone or talking to each other, seemingly not seeing me. One guy notices and asks if I need help. I say … yes. He disappears, then goes back to his desk. And I wait … and wait … and wait … and leave them to the wind. Dealer#3: Finally, someone sees me! The guy walks over and we blah, blah. Soon, I’m looking at some beautiful, used cars. He shows me one with 30k miles, priced at only 2k less than a brand new version. It seemed like the best option, so I smiled my way outta there. Dealer#4: The guy helping me is so New York with the bad manners, he could’ve won an Oscar. And the border-security style interrogation about my personal business was pretty gross. Peace out. Seemed like car dealers/dealerships were as vile and scummy as they say. I just … want … to buy … a car. One day, while making my regular trip to Stop & Shop, I notice the Chevrolet right next to it. The Trax looked nice online. I walk in and didn’t make it mid-room before Oscar M. came over with the rare, “Sir, do you need any help?” He quickly introduced me to William David Pena. I asked if I could sit in a a few cars and he respectfully obliged. I never felt like walking out before making a 2nd appointment. I was test driving cars the next time I saw Mr. Pena and was quite impressed. He recommended a Trailblazer—I tried it, but stuck with what I had in mind. That car would be in stock in a month. I was gonna wait, but came in a 3rd time for some quick info, and saw my future purchase. Mr. Pena let me test drive it once, made me test drive it again with extra options, and it was sold! This was how Long Island used to be—all about customer service. And a person who’s spending a grip should get better service at a car dealership than a McDonald’s. I’m so happy with the car that I didn’t think I wanted, until Mr. Pena proved I needed it. And he was a class act the whole time. He asked me to call him Dave, but it’s hard to address someone by their first name when they're as decent as they are structured. I recommend that anyone in need of a vehicle, visit this dealership and ask for William David Pena now. His rare quality of service is obviously natural, and he’ll be moving way up in this world and out of reach of folk like us soon enough. What kind of person leaves you content after giving them thousands of dollars? Chevrolet’s gonna have a hard time replacing this man. More
