When a person puts $500 down toward a car on a credit card, they should not be charged a $20 surcharge for using a credit card. When I offered to include the $500 in my total check of $5,000 toward the c card, they should not be charged a $20 surcharge for using a credit card. When I offered to include the $500 in my total check of $5,000 toward the car, the finance manager told me that I could not get a refund of my credit card payment of $520. I was very displeased about that. The car itself is beautiful. Delivery was seamless. Robert Ray, my salesperson, was pleasant and courteous. Overall, I'm giving the dealership and Robert Ray four-star ratings. If the surcharge on my credit card could be reversed, you could get a five-star rating. More
