My experience with Honda of Manhasset was one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had. I financed a 2020 Honda CR-V through this dealership, and in less than a year I was shocked to learn th worst car-buying experiences I have ever had. I financed a 2020 Honda CR-V through this dealership, and in less than a year I was shocked to learn that I was buried under $18,000 in negative equity. That is an outrageous amount of negative equity for a vehicle in such a short period of time. When I reached out for help, this dealership refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. They would not help me refinance, would not work toward a reasonable solution, and showed absolutely no concern for the financial hardship this situation created. I spent an exhausting entire day trying to negotiate with them, only to be met with cold, dismissive, and profit-driven behavior. In my opinion, this dealership cares far more about making money than treating customers fairly or ethically. I left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and completely abandoned after the sale. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. More

Honda Manhasset is one of the greatest, with excellent management. The repair shop and everything are great. Other Hondas in Long Island cannot compete, such as Bayridge, Huntington, you name it.
