I was impressed with the service on my 2015 Tucson that I Purchased a New 2024 Hyundai Tucson SEL from them 2 weeks ago, and experienced a slow leak in a tire. Called my sales Woman Lejune on Thursday who stated that the service team would look into this if I stopped by and waited on Friday May 3rd. I brought the car in and was immediately taken in and written up. The Crew was great, found a pin in the tire, repaired it and had me out in under an hour. When I went to check out, I was told as a new car buyer the service was no charge as a courtesy. This is my second service experience with Empire and it was as professional as the first. No other dealership would have extended this courtesy as I have had some bad experiences in the past with other Hyundai Service Centers. More

Lajune Lyles made replacing my 2015 Hyundai Tucson SE a pleasurable experience. She was fully knowledgeable about all aspects of the product line, arranged an immediate test drive of the vehicle and was a pleasurable experience. She was fully knowledgeable about all aspects of the product line, arranged an immediate test drive of the vehicle and was a no pressure sales person. She was extremely professional and advocated to get the best deal she could after haggling back and forth with me on the price point. The Finance Manager Tony is a no pressure guy and arranged my financing with the bank of my choice, mentioned an extended warranty and prices though never pressured me to purchase it. Car has 145 miles on it and rides much better and is far quieter than my old Hyundai. Lajune made it a point to make sure my phone was programmed to the car, explained the features and has followed up twice to make sure all is well with the vehicle condition and operation. More
