I had a good experience I feel that appt. times should be given out to customers waiting to pick up new vehicles. No one wants to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to begin t I feel that appt. times should be given out to customers waiting to pick up new vehicles. No one wants to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to begin the process of picking up a new vehicle. I was made to believe that it would be a short wait time and that was not the case at all. That was very frustrating to me. Although I could see that Demond was hustling and was professional the entire time. I just don't think it is fair to make people wait. Please consider appt. times in the future. More

Read the Yelp..proven scam artist They never paid off the loan to the car i traded in. My credit is going down everyday and i am forced to pay on 2 cars. I cant even get my old car bac They never paid off the loan to the car i traded in. My credit is going down everyday and i am forced to pay on 2 cars. I cant even get my old car back even though i am responsible for the payments..It is a known scam amongst shady dealerships. Police .attorney general.dmv are now getting involved. have already called twice and got 2 different excuses. 1st guy said they never mailed my payment in because you all were audited and things got messed up there. The 2nd guy said the bank must not of checked their mail.its been 45 days.i had the guy on a conference call with the bank and he had no idea what was going on.the bank also said on the call to go forth and sue the dealership. You all have the info and suppose to contact me .we will see if they call me back like they said so we can quickly smooth it out and move on.im just worried that my credit is going down more. And another update.. Its been over 2 months and they have failed to send in the proper paper work for me to get my registration and make the car legal. Just a mess. More
