We got connected to Roberto via phone who was extent friendly and approachable and gave us all the information we needed without overwhelming us with any sales pitch. We instantly knew we could trust Roberto. We then visited the dealership and Roberto greeted us warmly, talked to us about our concerns and answered all the questions we had. Since it was our first car we had a lot of naive questions as well but Roberto gave us his full attention and patiently answered all our questions. We finally signed a lease deal with Hyundai for 3 years! Couldn't be happier with my experience! More
