When I visited in May looking to lease a new Genesis, they treated me with courtesy and respect, and never resorted to the unprofessional, high-pressure sales tactics I experienced at other Hyundai dealerships in my area. When I brought the car back with a steering concern, their service department treated me like a priority, and worked to resolve the issue in a thorough and timely fashion. This is by far the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you want absolutely lazy and useless managers and assistant managers than this is your place. They will never return your phone calls as promised and have no sense of urgency or the concept of customer service. I have been waiting for three days to get an answer to why my cars gear shifter will not work. It should not be so complicated to find out what is wrong with the car! Aren’t there mechanics that work on site??? Every single time I call, I am told that the assistant manager or manager are not available and will call me back. I end up waiting the entire day until I finally followup myself and then am told that they have left for the day. I am so fed up dealing with this headache, which has taken time and energy out of my working day. As this is my only car, it has become an extreme inconvenience as my family cannot go anywhere and I have had to find other methods of getting to work and taking my child to daycare. When I asked if I could get a loaner car, their response is that there are non available. Then get one!!! This experience has made me never want to purchase another Hyundai again especially not at the New Rochelle dealership. More
